Our Services are custom AI tools and solutions tailored to each client’s context. This Policy supplements any Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or contractual privacy terms in a signed SOW.

    This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site and Services. It does not cover offline or unrelated third-party collections unless stated.

  15. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & SERVICES
    The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Company is not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting personal data.

  16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified to Clients. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy and Terms provide general website and Services rules and are supplemented by client-specific contractual terms where applicable.
